28. How do you fail?

Failure is a part of everyday life. How you handle it largely determines your outcomes. Be that in the kitchen or gym or at work and in home.


Someone who claims to have never failed has never really tried or is lying.


They didn’t do anything particularly challenging or difficult.


They chose safety and comfort over significance and courage.


This is easy to do and getting easier the more modern the world becomes.


The ability to fail well involves several invaluable traits.


When you fail, you can try again with a slightly different approach

When you fail, you learn.

When you fail, you own it and improve.


It’s not so much about whether you can or will fail, but when and how you respond.


The ultimate modern paradox; if you can fail regularly, you can succeed magnificently.

So today, learn from your mistakes or failures. 


Make them work for you so you can become the best version of yourself.
